Who We Are
Oakwood Manor Health and Rehabilitation Center is located on the campus of Bedford Memorial Hospital. The 111-bed unit provides inpatient rehabilitation and recovery care for those unable to receive rehab at home, who may or may not have a condition severe enough to enter long-term care. The medical staff sees patients 18 and older with a variety of conditions, including orthopedic injuries and stroke.
Oakwood Manor also provides intermediate and long term care and may provide respite services if there is bed availability. Please call for additional information.
