Outpatient Therapy and Rehabilitation, South

The Outpatient Therapy Clinic at Friendship Health provides outpatient therapy program for patients of all ages.  Programs include: 

• Physical therapy for individuals who have experienced neuromuscular or skeletal dysfunction;
• Occupational therapy to restore and maintain the functionality of daily living independence and safety;
• Speech therapy to address difficulties with communication, swallowing and cognitive decline.
• Driving evaluations to assess resident ability to operate motor vehicles;
• Work and Sports injury rehab to assist and support recovery from occupational or athletic injuries.
