Adult Residential Treatment and Substance Use Disorder Services
Programs that provide a treatment-oriented living experience in a community-based facility for adults who have emotional disturbances and or substance use disorders, who, because of their disabilities and disorders are unable to succeed in other placements, but who do not require inpatient psychiatric or detoxification hospitalization. The service is geared to the specific needs of individual residents and their eventual return to the community as soon as their personal and social adjustment and development permit.

Transition Coordination Provider (MFP)
Transition Coordination Provider (TCP) is a Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services-enrolled provider who is responsible for supporting the individual and family/caregiver, as appropriate, with the activities associated with transitioning from an institution to the community using the CCC Plus Home and Community Based Services Waiver.
