Who We Are
The Virginia Beach Human Rights Commission (HRC) exists to advocate for the human rights of residents in the City of Virginia Beach. Monthly meetings, which are open to the public, are held on the first Thursday of each month from 4-6 p.m. in the City of Virginia Beach Department of Human Resources Conference Room 125.
HRC provided educational opportunities to residents through forums and speaker's roster. Office hours are Monday-Friday.
