Who We Are

C-CAP of Front Royal / Warren County is a non-profit, tax-exempt (501(3)(c)) charitable service organization that has been providing emergency food, clothing, or financial assistance to needy Front Royal / Warren County residents since 1978.



Gives assistance to persons and/or families who are unable to meet their needs alone or through other existing social services agencies. Services include food, clothes, household items, and financial assistance with past due utility payments or rent eviction notices.



Donations of a monetary nature, food, clothing and household items (blankets, sheets) may be dropped off (or mailed) at the office during business hours (Monday-Friday 9am until Noon).



Location: Basement of the St. Luke community Clinic (Front Royal's Free clinic)
