Assisted Living

Valley View provides a residential and assisted living care facility for adults who require assistance with at least two activities of daily living. This level of service includes individuals who require assistance because of significant behavior problems. Facilities licensed for the assisted living level of care also may provide care to residents who require only the residential level of care. Capacity is 55 residents.

Services include three daily meals and evening snack, medication monitoring, assistance with dressing, undressing, grooming, assistance with bathing and toileting, weekly laundry, daily and weekly housekeeping, social activities, and scheduled transportation to doctor's appointments. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) are on duty 24 hours a day.
