Personal Care Services, Annandale

The Medical Team offers personal care that can help with activities of daily living. Assistance with personal care and activities is provided to individuals in their homes, whether a private residence, independent or assisted living facility, or nursing home. Services typically include any or all of the following: personal care (bathing and personal hygiene); assistance with dressing, toileting, eating, ambulation, and range-of-motion exercises; medication reminders; meal preparation; laundry and light housekeeping; and, monitoring vital signs. Care for dementia patients is also available.
