Who We Are
At Rockbridge Area Community Services (RACS), the Day Support Services Program operates in Rockbridge County at the Magnolia Center. The program enhances the quality of life for adults with developmental disabilities with programming that is unique to the needs and wishes of the participants. Services are offered individually and in groups.

- Sensory techniques utilizing a Snoezelen Sensory Room.
Day Support Services staff use the Person Centered Planning, and Person Centered Thinking philosophy to develop individualized programming unique to each individual.
The Day Support Services Program works collaboratively with other RACS programs and other agencies. All program participants receive case management services and the majority are involved in Residential Services.
The Magnolia Center houses the Magnolia Players, the only theater program in Virginia comprised of adults with developmental disabilities. The Magnolia Players create and perform productions each year.
