Who We Are
Community Housing Partners (CHP) offers a housing counseling program. CHP offers extensive one-on-one coaching services. These sessions are offered in three areas: homeownership, finances and credit. They are designed to help clients become more knowledgeable and feel more at ease during the home buying process.
