Who We Are

NW Works (formerly Northwestern Workshop) provide employment-focused services and range from production on-site to work in the community, to rehabilitative services. Each program is designed to meet the individual's needs and to maximize their work skills and development.



Services include extensive assessments, completing individualized work goal and service plans and offering support services such as case and behavioral management. Social and educational activities are provided, along with assistive technology, paid work activities, job development, and placement ad follow along.



Work in-facility includes everything from basic sorting, to document shredding, embossing, mailroom services, and woodworking. Off-site work ranges from custodial and landscaping services to work in warehouse and factory environments.
