Who We Are
The Commonwealth Community Trust (CCT) Charitable Fund Award provides Virginia residents who have a disability and meet the criteria for demonstrating financial need with a maximum award of $1,000 to be used for equipment, medication, transportation or services. Funds must be used to complete a need, cannot be used as partial. Applications must be completed, verified, and submitted online by a representative from a nonprofit organization or public agency in Virginia on behalf of the intended recipient.
Funds have been awarded for items such as hearing aids, dental services, breathing medications, therapy services, educational programs and wheelchair repair. The CCT Charitable Fund Award is an annual program where applications are generally due in January or February.
