Jewish Family Services of Tidewater (JFS) offers medical transportation. Medical transportation is available to individuals currently enrolled with JFS. Driver will pick you up at your door, and escort you into your doctor’s office. If you are not enrolled with JFS, please contact us to arrange a complimentary consultation about your service needs. Counseling, adoption, home health care, care navigation, and food and financial assistance are additional services provided by staff and volunteers.

Intake Process
Call to become a client of the Jewish Family Service program. Arrangements for pick-up should be made at least one week prior to scheduled medical appointments.
