The Northern Virginia Association of the Deaf is made up of people who are dedicated to the general welfare of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in the Commonwealth of Virginia. They promote, protect, and preserve the rights and quality of life for Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals by organizing activities, conferences, meetings, and providing information and news for the membership and the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community.
The Northern Virginia Association of the Deaf is a Chapter of the Virginia Association of the Deaf (VAD).
