Who We Are
Tri-County Community Action Agency offers the Virginia Homeless Solutions Program (VHSP). VHSP provides time-limited financial and housing counseling assistance to low-income individuals and families experiencing a financial crisis and who are at risk of homelessness or who are currently homeless. VHSP assistance is intended to facilitate the ability to maintain or obtain permanent housing.

Residency Requirements
Must meet definition of homeless as living in a place not fit for human habitation.
Other Eligibility Criteria
Must be experiencing homelessness or must have a court-ordered eviction whereby the date of eviction will render you homeless within 14 days or less. If a person is staying with family or friends they are not considered homeless and would not qualify for this program.
