Who We Are

CVHS Hopewell-Prince George (formerly Hopewell-Prince George Community Health Center) is a nonprofit community health center with Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) status. Centers offer medical, dental and behavioral health care including:

The office closes at 1:00 PM on the first Wednesday of each month. The office is also closed from 1:00 - 2:00 daily for lunch. Dental services are offered Mon - Fri 8:00 - 4:00 (every other Tuesday is 10:30 - 7:00.
