Mini Miracles offers a young adult transition to adulthood program for individuals with special needs. The transition program focuses on foundational self-care skills for those who would benefit from improving hygiene, dressing, and safe meal preparation. It also addresses independent living skills such as:

• job skills
• driving skills
• budgeting
• grocery/shopping/nutrition
• volunteering
• college/trade school
• self-determination and advocacy
