Emergency assistance may be avaialble through Rural Outreach in Fluvanna, Louisa and Nelson counties. Families may have access to food, clothing and financial resources to cover rent or utility costs. Outreach Specialists conduct need assessments to understand long-term needs and link clients to resources in the region.
The Fluvanna Outreach center operates a Thrift Shop and a Food Pantry in conjunction with the Fluvanna Christian Service Society (FCSS).
