What is Good Dementia Care?
Free Two-Part Virtual Program for Caregivers on Best Approaches to Dementia Care. This event will be held on December 7th and 14th, from 12:30 pm until 1:30 pm. This program offers an interactive conversation between family caregivers and a team of healthcare professionals. After a brief presentation, the rest of the session is meant for questions, discussion, and sharing stories and ideas. We want to hear from you!
Program Goals:
- Appreciate what constitutes good dementia clinical care
- Empower caregivers and care recipients to have meaningful discussions with and ask questions of healthcare providers
- Offer caregiving suggestions
- Connect caregivers to community resources.
