Who We Are
Dominion Community Integrated Services is a licensed provider with the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS0 for center-based day support service for adults. Services include:
• Engaging the Individual in skills development and other indoor/outdoor activities per their individualized service plan.
• Management of Individuals’ medication and treatment regimen as ordered by the physician.
• Assist with Individuals’ activities of daily living (ADLs) as per ISP and ongoing assessment outcomes.
• Provision of necessary resources to promote community integration for the Individual in a safe and self-fulfilling environment.
• Enable individuals to engage in activities of their choice without undue impediment safely. Individuals go on field trips annually with staff ensuring their safety and comfort while tailoring the trips to their capabilities and tolerance.
• Engage the Individuals in gainful paid career opportunities through skills development, establishing work sites, and creating basic on-site job opportunities.
• Manage emerging behavioral and clinical crises of the individual.
