Who We Are
Piedmont Housing Alliance (PHA) offers a regional Home Buying program to provide comprehensive home ownership counseling, including one-on-one counseling, group education sessions, financial literacy classes. Through PHA's Five Steps to Home Ownership, clients learn how to manage their income, consolidate debts, save money toward the down payment and apply for a mortgage.
