Who We Are
Audiologist at Wagner Hearing performs hearing test, check for sensory impairment. A hearing test will be performed, unless you have a copy of a recent test done by your physician or audiologist. There is usually no charge for our routine hearing test, when it is for the purpose of choosing a hearing aid.
After a case history is taken, and an evaluation made, choices of hearing aids are shown and solution to your particular hearing problem is discussed. After the order is placed and arrives back in the office, you will be given instructions on how to care for the hearing aid, insert, etc. There is a 30 day trial/evaluation where we will meet with you several times (usually 3 -5 times) to make any necessary adjustments and discuss how the hearing aid(s) is fitting and working for you.
There is currently a flat fee which covers the costs we incur with the impression we take, the office visits during the 30 day trial/evaluation and the use of the hearing aid(s) for the 30 day period. At the end of the trial period, this flat fee is applied as partial payment to the over-all cost of the hearing instrument(s).
65% of this practice is devoted to the 60 + aged population. Currently accepting new patients.
Mr. Wagner also is a specialist in repair and service of both hearing aid electronics and hearing aid shells.
