Who We Are
Housing Counseling is offered by The Up Center. First time homebuyers counseling and education is offered. The Up Center's Housing Counseling program teaches first-time homebuyers about the mortgage approval process, credit reports and scores, personal budgets and insurance and closing costs.
For homeowners facing foreclosure and severe delinquency, the Foreclosure Prevention and Intervention program is available. The Up Center provides confidential support as an approved Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) counseling agency.
