Mediation

Danville Division of Social Services offers Mediation services.  Mediators, certified by the Supreme Court of Virginia, are available to assist in resolving situations where an agreement cannot be reached without an impartial, but trained individual.  There is not a fee for this service but one of the parties must be a Danville resident.



Areas of mediation can be landlord-tenant, employee-employer, neighbors, husband-wife, parent-child, siblings, contractor-subcontractor, builder-architect, consumer-business and more.
