The Weatherization Assistance Program provides funds to reduce the heating and cooling costs for low-income families, and to ensure their health and safety. Priority is given to the elderly, individuals with disabilities, and families with children.

Homeowners benefit from decreased heating expenses by energy audit using state-of-the-art techniques and diagnostic tools. Installation of energy improvements includes: blown-in wall insulation, attic insulation, ductwork, caulking, weather-stripping, water heater insulation, window, and door repairs or installing new heat sources.
