Who We Are
The Arc of Smyth County (formerly Smyth County Association for Retarded Citizens) provides advocacy for individuals with an intellectual or developmental disability and actively supports their inclusion and participation in the community throughout their lifetimes.
Sponsors a Summer Enrichment Program or SEP, providing educational and recreational enrichment activities designed to meet the individual needs of the participants. An ARC affiliate.
