Who We Are

The South Hampton Roads Disability Services Board advocates for the needs and priorities of persons with physical and sensory disabilities.  The Board is composed of representatives of Persons with Physical and/ or Sensory Disabilities and/or their families, Local Governments, and the business community. This board is a Multi-jurisdictional board and it is made from a representation of the cities of Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk and Virginia Beach.

The Board generally meets bi-monthly on the second Friday at the Regional Building, Hampton Roads Planning District Commission Office (HRPDC) located at 723 Woodlake Dr. Chesapeake, Va.
Meetings are open to the public. Call for meeting time and date.
