Who We Are

 HELP is a benevolence ministry offered by the churches of Blackstone, through the Blackstone Ministerial Association. Emergency financial assistance is offered to local families in need of assistance with rent, electricity, and heating. We also provide financial coaching and assist with some food needs. Callers are requested to leave a brief message with their name, phone number, and a description of their need. Volunteers check messages once a day, Monday-Friday, and return calls for further details.



Records of the caller's credit history are checked to ensure legitimacy. When provided, financial assistance is sent directly to the provider.

If an individual needs help with money management to help with financial matters, call for information about a one-on-one budget class.
