Who We Are

Bedford Christian Ministries offers financial assistance to qualified individuals and acts as an emergency center for area people who are in real distress. Our aim is to improve the quality of life for those in need because of unemployment, illness, death in the family, disasters, family disruptions, and any other unexpected occurrences that qualified people cannot handle.



Financial aid is available to those eligible for electricity, fuel, shelter (eviction notice required), medical including prescription medicines, dental and vision. Proof of income and monthly expenses required, along with photo identification. Household items are available (excluding furniture) for those in need if available.



Applicants must register Tuesday or Friday between 9:30 am and 10:30 am.  The program is staffed by volunteers.
