Who We Are
Traveler's Aid International, Reagan National Airport, offers assistance to travelers stranded in the Metropolitan area. Information and direction services are provided and staffed and managed by Travelers Aid International under contract with the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority. Desks are open throughout the year except on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day. The Program is designed to help passengers flying in and out of the airport.
Social service assistance is offered by a Travelers Aid Social Worker. With advance notice, they also can arrange for protective travel assistance. Also provided to a traveler are airport assistance, hotel information, directions, tourism information, local transportation information, and stranded traveler assistance. Services are limited to airport travelers.
Monday through Friday 10 am to 6 pm at Terminals A, B, C, and Baggage North desks only
