Arlington County Sheriff's office offers citizen fingerprinting Monday through Thursday from 1:30 PM until 3:30 PM on the 9th floor of the Courthouse, 1425 North Courthouse Road. (Applicants should bring the necessary print cards with them.) There is a minimal cost.
A picture ID is required that contains your signature and expiration date. You can use a driver's license, passport, etc.
