Mediation

Mediation/Dispute Resolution:  Mediation is a process that encourages people to work out their disputes with one another and develop solutions they find equally acceptable.  Type of mediation offered are family, elder and senior decision making, civil court, commercial and workplace and community.



Sessions are scheduled according to client needs, including after-hours and weekends and locations near home, work, or public transportation. All legal and interpersonal disputes can be mediated. Mediation is voluntary and confidential and may be used concurrently with other assistance (legal, mental health, etc.)
