Who We Are
FISH responds to requests for life's necessities: food, clothing, financial assistance for delinquent rent, mortgage, utility bills, gasoline, and prescriptions. Requests for assistance are passed on to us by the Office of Coordinated Services Planning "CSP" which is part of the Fairfax County Department of Human Services. CSP social workers screen clients to verify information and to determine whether they qualify for assistance by FISH. Pastors from member churches may make referrals.
