Who We Are

ACTS provides assistance to people in the community that need emergency assistance with food, clothing, household items, limited financial support, evictions and utility cutoffs. .  Emergency assistance (heating funds) is in effect during the winter months.



Assistance is provided to residents of the eastern Prince William County:  Dumfries (22025, 22026), Triangle (22172), Quantico (22134), Woodbridge (22191, 22192, 22193) and Occoquan (22125).

The Emergency Assistance Office provides help at the main campus at 3901 Acts Lane, Dumfries, Virginia 22026 and at the Manassas office 9317 Grant Avenue, Manassas Virginia 20110.  



Bus Line: Omni Link. Not convenient to a subway stop.
