Who We Are
Hope House Foundation offers individualized services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their own homes or apartments. Support may include assistance with household maintenance, budgeting, cooking, transportation, medical issues, personal care and hygiene, and benefit maintenance. Services are designed to assist individuals with living their lives as fully and as independently as possible as a active part of the surrounding community.
