Who We Are
Brookdale Kingsport is an Assisted Living facility offering 44 assisted living residences conveniently located on John B. Dennis Highway near Kroger Shopping Center and Indian Path Medical Center. Provides a home-like atmosphere with five apartment styles to choose from.
- Individualized Service Plan including assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing as needed;
- Licensed Practical Nurses on duty 24 hours daily to assist with medications and wellness monitoring;
- Resident Assistants who provide daily ADL assistance and weekly laundry & housekeeping services;
- Three meals served restaurant-style with alternate choices always available;
- Transportation to scheduled medical appointments and weekly lunch outings;
- Planned social events and activities including daily exercise classes;
- Scheduled outings on our new custom-designed bus;
- Small pets under 20 pounds allowed (one pet per apartment).
