Dispute Resolution

Established in 1990, the Piedmont Dispute Resolution Center (PDRC), a Piedmont United Way agency and the area's only non-profit dispute resolution center, provides education and services to build the capacity of youth, families, neighbors, organizations, businesses, governments, and communities to more efficiently resolve, reduce, and prevent conflict. 

Mediation, restorative justice, multi-party facilitation services and trainings are available to individuals, families, businesses, organizations, churches and communities-at-large. PDRC serves the counties of Fauquier, Culpeper, Madison, Orange and Rappahannock and surrounding counties.
