Who We Are

Kaufman & Canoles law practice has a Senior Housing and Care Team. Attorneys with substantial experience will counsel clients in the challenges confronted by providers of housing and services for seniors.  The attorneys have a wide range of knowledge of legal, healthcare, and business issues of senior living and healthcare services. Attorneys work closely with clients in the areas of Medicare, Medicaid, Fair Housing Act, HIPAA, ADA, and OSHA issues;  healthcare fraud and abuse inquiries; survey and certification matters; and more.
