Who We Are

Community Living Alternatives (CLA) provides hourly drop in support services on an "as needed" basis, one-to-one, to individuals with intellectual disabilities living in a supervised apartment who do not require overnight assistance. Assistance is also provided to individuals living alone or with a family. The support may involve assistance with transportation, recreation, leisure, socialization skills and household activities.

Each person in the program may receive additional services, based on an individual service plan, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as eating, bathing; assistance with securing or maintaining disability benefits; assistance with money management, making and keeping health appointments; training in social and behavior skills; training in general housekeeping and training on principles of self-determination.
