Who We Are
Linden Resources has a focus on workforce diversity that includes people with disabilities. Linden provides rehabilitative services to people with disabilities that help t hem get and keep community jobs with a wide variety of small, medium and large businesses, government agencies and within Linden's own commercial printing and warehousing businesses.
Workforce Solutions program provides services that people need to enter competitive employment. Employment specialist work closely with each individual to identify job interest, develop a plan to obtain employment, get a job and develop career skills.
Community-based programs provide paid employment contract sites located in the community. As necessary, program training and support services are provided, including the further development of adult daily living skills. Emphasis is placed on an appropriate match for work tasks, environment and location.
Provides services to support individuals with disabilities to achieve employment, independence and integration in the workplace and in the community.
