Who We Are
Provides support in the home for people living in their own home and/or with family members. Services are based on the needs of the individual. These services may include training and support necessary for the person to maintain personal care and social skills, and complete independent living tasks. Supported Home Living also helps develop and improve community living skills.
To be eligible for this service, you may need to be involved in other agency services.
