Who We Are
The Loudoun Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Developmental Services' Day Support Services helps Loudoun residents with severe intellectual disabilities to volunteer, work, or take part in activities in their community. The Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Developmental Services provides these services through the Community Access Program (CAP).
