Who We Are
Northwestern Community Services offers supportive in home services. Support is provided in the home for people with mental health issues, intellectual disabilities or substance abuse issues living in their own home and/or with family members. Services are based on the needs of the individual. These services may include training and support necessary for the person to maintain personal care and social skills, and complete independent living tasks. Supported Home Living also helps develop and improve community living skills.
