Who We Are
The Supported Living Program provides support in the home for people with intellectual disabilities living in their own home and/or with family members. Services are based on the needs of the individual. These services may include training and support necessary for the person to maintain personal care and social skills, and complete independent living tasks. Supported Living Program also helps develop and improve community living skills.
