The Arc of Northern Shenandoah Valley strives to provide:
(1) Camp scholarships for adults and children with special needs
(2) Informational fairs, including summer recreational opportunities for children with special needs; and
(3) Social opportunities including bowling, dances, picnics, pool parties, volunteering and holiday gatherings.
