Supportive In-Home Services, Developmental Disabilities

Jerolin Management Services provides Supported Living/In-Home Supports are supplemental to the primary care (i.e., room and board or general supervision) provided by a parent or similar caregiver. This service may also support an individual whose level of independence does not require a primary care provider. The usual setting is a private residence (such as a home or apartment). A Residential Support staff person comes to the residence to provide services. Supported Living/In-Home Supports are delivered on an individualized basis according to the ISP and are delivered primarily with a 1:1 staff-to-individual ratio except when training protocols require parallel or interactive intervention. Both primary care and Residential Support services are not routinely provided by a paid staff of the Supported Living/In-Home Supports provider across a continuous 24-hour period.
