Who We Are
River City Residences, LLC is a licensed group home for adults diagnosed with intellectual disabilties or dual diagnosed with behavior health and intellectual disabiliites. We provide 24-hour supported individual skill-building, supported services, and recreational activities, transportation, and Representative Payee services for adults 18 years or older that desire independent living in a residential group home.
We have two homes: Arsenal House and Drysdale House that are both ranchers and wheel chair accessible for non-ambulatory and ambulatory adults. Both homes are located in Chesterfield County that are within one mile of shopping centers, malls, grocery stores, churches, banks, post offices, restaurants, and recreational activities. Each bedrooom is large and private, with a large closet, full size bed, bedside table, chair, mirror, trash can and chest for additional storage space. Individuals may bring personal furniture to personalize their room. Each home have a large dayroom with large windows, TV, stereo, and CD/DVD player, eat-in kitchen, laundry area, and space for additional storage and recreation. Each home has a deck/patio for outside entertaining. Each home has a generator that provides back-up support. All homes are ideal places to live and call home!
