Guardianship Program

Under the Case Management program, the Public Guardian and Conservator Program provides case management services to vulnerable adults found to be incapacitated by the circuit court and have no one available to help them make decisions.  Advocacy is provided through monitoring aspects of a person's life to make sure they have the best possible services.

Family Service of Roanoke is appointed by the court as guardian/conservator responsible for the personal and financial affairs of the individual, in the absence of appropriate family or friends.
