Who We Are
The Culmore Clinic is a project of Bailey's Crossroads Health Access Partnership, an alliance of faith-based organizations which came together to improve access to basic healthcare in Bailey's Crossroads, a low-income neighborhood in Fairfax County.
Culmore Clinic provides basic medical services, two days per week, to adults. Culmore Clinic offers compassionate, culturally appropriate care by making bi- and multi-lingual staff available to patients, supplemented by a robust interpreter services program, which enhances patient-provider communication inside and outside of The Clinic walls.
Culmore Clinic provides basic health services, including counseling, HIV, Hepatitis screening, and education.
