Immigrant Advocacy Program, Community Resources

Legal Aid Justice Center (LAJC) partners with local organizations to promote reforms to reduce abuse and exploitation of immigrants, and advocates for policies that promote integration and protection of immigrants. 

LAJC also is host to two clinics where law students represent individual immigrants in their immigration cases.  In Charlottesville, the Immigration Clinic is held at UVA Law School.  In Arlington, the Immigration Clinic is held at the George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School.
