Junction Center for Independent Living (JCIL) helps individuals with disabilities complete applications for home modifications and makes referrals to those community agencies that specialize in home repair services.
JCIL advocates with local housing authorities, landlords, developers and the public to expand housing opportunities for persons with disabilities. JCIL is an agent for the Virginia Housing Development Authority to administer rental assistance vouchers for low income individuals with a disability to assist them in finding safe, accessible and affordable housing.
